Dr. Barrett does some good in pointing out scams in the alternative
health field, but, in my opinion, he is not fair and balanced, and
he is not a true objective scientist as he claims to be. Someone who
has a website specifically tailored for criticism needs to have a
higher and more objective scientific standard, and Barrett fails in
this regard

On June 11th, 2007, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania affirmed alower court dismissal of Barretts defamation suite against Dr. Koren.Barretts case was so lacking in merit the judge blocked it from

At trial, under a heated cross-examination by Negrete, Barrett
conceded that he was not a Medical Board Certified psychiatrist
because he had failed the certification exam.
I was amazed at all the websites
Barrett has. I thought perhaps he gets government grants for all
those. I wrote and asked. He said. "Not a penny". It is difficult to
believe it is all privately funded through pay pal and amazon.com
donations.
